Dear Prime Minister, On December 4th 2008 I was greeted by what seems to be Benevolent Extra-Terrestials in Halifax after a craft passing over evening traffic into a local park. Since that time they have flown over me hundreds of times in their ships in front of myself and others, of which I have video testimony. Now the 'I' has now become a 'WE'. Shortly after a number of these responses, by coincidence or by design, Military Helicopters came to the area, sometimes flying at very low altitudes with search lights. Reason would dictate that most likely they were concerned by a plane having trouble and crashing, possibly by local neighbors reporting the lights in the area. Or possibly they had received notification of the craft from pilots since a few times the lights were close to some incoming flights. Prime Minister, if you do not believe in this Extra-Terrestial life it is unfortunate, since they are visiting the air space over which you have taken responsibility. You do not have a choice in whether to deal with this or not, this is the thin edge of the wedge. Therefore I have three questions I would like to ask. I have also put these questions in a video and placed on YouTube, and ten or so other video sharing sites, where other Canadian Citizens will be first informed of this letter, and then after your response they will be informed of the response. • Is it legal to for a Canadian citizen make contact and invite into the Canadian air space benevolent extra-terrestials? • Does the Prime Ministers office give permission for benevolent extra-terrestials to visit Canadians? • Would the Prime Minister be willing to set aside some crown land in a semi-remote areas within reach of major cities across the Country where it is safe for benevolent extra-terrestials to bring their ships and fly over, land, and make contact with Canadian citizens, without a military response? Prime Minister, please let me be clear on my position. I am a peace loving Canadian. I have spent many hours in meditation making contact with these loving energies. Are there other energies out there that might not be benevolent? Possibly. However for me one way to renew a neighborhood that has become crime ridden, is to convince peace loving people to move there, provide protection to them, and slowly the criminal elements will be forced to move along for they are not welcome. This is not so different. However I feel I was born a divine human in one of the most progressive countries on the planet. If I cannot be free to contact our space brothers and to beckon in higher energies that seem to have my, and your, best interest at heart, then what hope is for this planet? If I cannot act on my divnity and establish contact with these loving energies without the interference of the Military in my divinity and rights, then what does Canada stand for? I feel that is kind of rude to be honest to be chasing these energies around with Military craft, they are our space brothers after all. I am certain they do not wish any harm to come to the military by a mistake, etc., nor me by the Militaries response. The pace of my contact has been affected by this response, and those actions carry certain non loving energies with it. Right now you have a chance to make a statement to the world, and extra-terrestials since it has been evidenced they seem to be in some kind of contact and will know your response along with myself. You can send a message to them if you wish in that letter, it will be heard. So since your response will be heard and understood by these extra-terrestials as well, so you should ponder strongly your words, they are just not written to me, but a race of beings. And if you just hand this matter off to the Minister responsible for such an issue, keep in mind, that person is speaking for all Canadians, and you are sending a message that as Prime Minister whether you support the Divine Nature all Humans on Earth are born with, or that you do not. I know Prime Minister how incredulous that this letter must seem. However either you are Prime Minister representing all Canadians poor, rich, contactee, or not. Either you will follow your oath or not. And this issue is important to me, and I know it is important to many other Canadians in contact as well. So please let Canada be the first Country to beckon in loving energies with a few safe zones around the Country where free Canadian Citizens like myself can participate in what they feel is important to them without this low vibrational unloving military response is present. I wish you could experience the love of first contact that I felt, and feel my amazement when they hovered and I heard the word
